I'd wager a few of those loan players needed a few games too and are a fair bit above Championship standard. It worked for Granada like. True, can't say I'm a fan of it though - wouldn't be too enamoured if I was a Watford fan but such is modern football these days. On the flipside Watford probably play some canny stuff. He said the reason QPR will struggle is because they don't have flair players available. The whole problem they have is that they have individually talented players who aren't working whatsoever as a team and have been completely mismanaged.
