we should just switch to that kit seeing as Puma can't quite grasp the concept of stripes.

I'd be very happy with that as a home kit tbf.

Nah, no way. You compromise the stripes, next time they bring it out in SD colours.

Just got back from Tunisia today and went around all the Superfake markets and must say not a sign of any top of ours of any description from any season, all the usual suspects mind you from England. How our stock has fallen since Sir Bobbys black and white army  :'(

That's all Ashley's doing IMO. I remember seeing Newcastle's kit displayed proudly besides Real Madrid's in the window of Adidas's large Paris store, oh how we have fallen.

From .com

The unfamiliar kit Newcastle wore was later described on the official website as the "new members home kit" - in other words a fourth different kit for this season that in all probability will never be worn competitively.

The actual design of the shirt isn't new, with an almost identical shirt available in club stores recently - but with no Wonga logo and costing just a fraction of what this new one will undoubtedly retail for.

Am I missing something, or have they just made that up?

If this is true...

... :celb:

I like the colours. Orange socks and a green collar would've been deed canny.

Just don't understand that 'members' kit one bit. In what world do Newcastle wear black and white halves? What's it meant to be? An alternative home kit? In what world does that exist?

It's actually quite smart, Wonga logo aside.
