It depends, a fee was agreed yesterday so he could have been on his over yesterday afternoon, last night, or even this morning. He's just done an interview with RMC where he said he was saying goodbye to his teamates in Toulouse though, so he could only have set off for a plane within the last hour. Plus the way we go about our transfer business, they seem to drag on for ages, making it more frustrating for ourselves.
