Sick to death of this cup final reference that the players continuosly use.

If you're a Newcastle fan it just roughly equates to 'we're going to lose' anyway.

Exactly. You would think that these players would be aware of their own cup record over the last few years so not to bother with using that reference as they'll immediatley get called out on it.

Can't quite work out why he isn't played in the middle.  Seems a bit odd not to give him a go there and having him breaking from deep with space to attack.

Because his touch is shit and he can't pass or tackle.  So pretty much the same as the rest of our centre midfield

Play him as part of a midfield three and get him running from deep, on the counter, with space in front of him - his crap touch matters a lot less when he's got space to run into.

I think it's because the fans know more about 'legacy' players than the new managers do. Rafa Benitez won't have a clue where he played for Toulouse before he came here to be a winger (great job Pardew).

Don't have many/any coaches in place from when he arrived to pass the information on, only Darth Vader and he's probably in Holland again right now.

K, maybe me using Steve Mac as a guide was a bit naïve, but he genuinely appeared to not know who most of our players were and he was managing in just the league down from us 6 months prior to joining.

Rafa hadn't been in England for years, and doubt the teams he was at would have scouted Sissoko.

But Sissoko is champions league quality man, he said so himself, everyone knows who he is!

It started because he scored those goals against Chelsea early on and Pardew was desperate for someone who could get him a goal out of nothing.

So why fucking buy him then?  We bought him on the back of his performances as a CENTRAL MIDFIELDER then proceeded to play him on the wing.  If you bought Shearer and played him at left back he probably wouldn't look too good either.

He probably would

We bought him to sell him on regardless of whether he fit the team or not. Pardew had a wealth of talent compared to McClaren and Rafa and fucked it off and pleaded poverty because he's an egotist and a weapons grade penis.

I'm sick of seeing him in the side no matter what he is.  If he's not invisible he's passing the ball to the opposition or running into the opposition.  He constantly breaks moves down and gives us no chance of playing, he's like some kind of midfield destroyer for the opposition or something.

Why dont we have him running into the box from the right to overload the defence like he did against West Ham when we stayed up. He took out two defenders due to his size, yet we've never used that since. Probably as we've never had a left.
