Ikon
I'd be alright with that I'm sure we have money in the bank anyway to sign what we want.
Guest Hog
From Sky: SISSOKO UPDATE Sky sources understand Newcastle will sell Moussa Sissoko to Tottenham. We understand Newcastle want £30m for the midfielder and the club will accept five payments of £6m per instalment. I'd take that, it's not like we need the money up front. Would be pleased to get the tosser off our books and away from the club with his attitude. ... lol, late with that one!

sempuki
According to SSN, we're going to accept a deal worth £30m from Spurs, paid in 5 instalments of £6m. They are loaded but they've been seriously ripped off if true.
Marmoset
Hmm depends how far apart the installments are. We obviously aren't going to spend it today anyway.
Theregulars
30m for him is an outrageously good deal. I wondered whether he was being purchased as squad back-up to replace Chadli, but for that money you'd think they envisage him as a first team contributor. Heake
Couldn't see it, but I would have Knockaert as the last piece of some quality business (Outs, as well as ins) this window.

Ikon
Brighton wont sell Knockaert for anything less than a ridiculous amount of money, and i can't blame them. He's not worth nearly as much as they would demand.
SUPERTOON
All journalists are saying that the £30 million deal in instalments is the only offer we will accept. Craig Hope said he feels Sissoko will still be here by the time we play Derby.

He's not worth nearly as much as they would demand. Its all relative to the yield from the Sisssoko deal I would argue. If, as reported, he goes for an overpriced (IMO) 30m then £20m would seem like reasonable business, given the lads talent
