Disco
How long is Dummett out? Out for the season too. 'kin hell. Raylor must be buzzing, he'll very likely get a new contract out of this if he can keep himself fit I suspect.

Ronaldo
Ryan fucking (substitute in the Championship in 2009) Taylor starting at LB in the PL in 2015.
Guest Roger Kint
Raylor & Williamson first choices at the minute yet the club insist we have progressed on the pitch since before Pardle
Interpolic
This happens all the fucking time, man. So ridiculous. This season alone the amount of never-ending injuries we've had is unreal. Aarons, Santon, Tiote, De Jong, Haidara, S Taylor, Abeid. Anyone else?
Ronaldo
Dummett and Cisse also out for the season.
maybe_next_year
Santon wasn't really injured though for all that time.
Disco
Current LB/CM options are Raylor, Anita, Jonas, and Jolback. Fuuuuuuuuuuuck me.
Interpolic
Santon wasn't really injured though for all that time. Aye but it was a similar situation, almost radio silence from the club - he was just "injured" while they kept him fresh for a transfer. Wouldn't be surprised if that was the case with Tiote or one of the others. Pretty sure they did it with Jonas once upon a time as well, not sure if that was before or after his diagnosis. Deuce
Whoever's job it is to keep our players in-shape and injury-free is woefully crap at what they do. Not that I'd expect anything less from a club that oozes incompetence at every level.
durhamunigeordie
Photo of him taking a 'breather' from training today? Although he does have trainers on rather than boots. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3032149/Newcastle-need-look-DNA-Magpies-dressing-room-admits-John-Carver.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490

U2
Thread title had me for a split of a split second Not much play went down his side, so that helped him look better today than against Southampton where he was battered all game.

themanupstairs
Thread title had me for a split of a split second Same! much improved today. You can clearly see he was out to the wide positions trying to block the crosses in at least. Perez gave him a lot of help though it must be said. joeyt
Maybe we were too harsh on him after Southampton because Obertan gave him no protection whatsoever (same today but on the other side)
mrmojorisin75
Maybe we were too harsh on him after Southampton because Obertan gave him no protection whatsoever (same today but on the other side) perez covered like a lunatic today and haidara didn't look as exposed imagine
Mole_Toonfan
His final ball is still a bit iffy IMO, but much better today overall definitely.

The College Dropout
His final ball is still a bit iffy IMO, but much better today overall definitely. Aye, needs to deliver quicker and be with better quality but he looked a fret. Was much better defensively today but Mata isn't the type to whip in crosses at RM which helped Haidara. Ayoze was great on Darmian. Better game from Haidara and a good performance,
TRon
Maybe we were too harsh on him after Southampton because Obertan gave him no protection whatsoever (same today but on the other side) Obertan was doing the same today, making a token effort to track back but basically just letting their wide players do what they wanted once he'd done that.
