Massadio Haïdara

Thread title had me for a split of a split second

Not much play went down his side, so that helped him look better today than against Southampton where he was battered all game.

His final ball is still a bit iffy IMO, but much better today overall definitely.

Aye, needs to deliver quicker and be with better quality but he looked a fret. Was much better defensively today but Mata isn't the type to whip in crosses at RM which helped Haidara. Ayoze was great on Darmian.

Better game from Haidara and a good performance,

Maybe we were too harsh on him after Southampton because Obertan gave him no protection whatsoever (same today but on the other side)

Obertan was doing the same today, making a token effort to track back but basically just letting their wide players do what they wanted once he'd done that.

He was far better with a footballer ahead of him. Incredible how much Obertan just stands around like a c*** when he hasn't got the ball.

Obertan loves leaving overlapping fullbacks too. Imbecile.
