Draw not much good to either, eh? Probably WBA the more pleased.

Looking at the table a WBA win would be great if both Cardiff and Fulham win today. Fulham face Hull so thats a possibility and anything can happen in Cardiff's game with the Mackems.

Whatever happens though Cardiff have to beat the Mackems.

Big storm brewing in France about Anelka's 'celebration' of his first goal ag. WHFC with a - to say the least- a v. controversial gesture. This gesture, 'la quenelle', was invented by a comedian named Dieudonne, supposedly as an 'anti-establishment' statement. But it can also be read as an inversion of the Nazi salute, and has been the subject of an official complaint by anti-racist organisations. To use it at the moment is cretinous at best. Far worse than the finger aimed at MCFC fans by Wilshere, which was rightly punished.

The comedian behind it seems like a great chap.

Dieudonné M'bala M'bala (born 11 February 1966), generally known by his stage name Dieudonné (French: [djø.dɔ.ne]), is a French comedian, actor and political activist. Initially an anti-racist activist, he later became close to the far-right Front National[1] and fringe organisations. He has been condemned in court several times for antisemitic remarks. Since 1997, Dieudonné has regularly stood in parliamentary and European Union elections as a candidate at the head of fringe or splinter parties, and has tried and failed to run in two French presidential elections (2002 and 2007). He openly supported Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's views on Israel and the Jewish people. He has made "heil" like signs on television as part of a sketch that made controversy. He has described Holocaust remembrance as "memorial pornography".
