We don't even buy players domestically anyway so those deals have absolutely no baring on us whatsoever unless one of those clubs decide to sign Cabaye. His main one was that his players hadn't had enough time to gel ("2 points after 8 games"), which was probably fair enough. But then there's 'arry. Nothing quite as absurd as training ground spies or fantasy congestion, but he was a fairly regular "this isn't an excuse, but" kinda guy. Just rather more plausible than Pardew. It's daft but if your ambition is just to exist in the premier league & use it as a cash cow then that's how we'll be run. Cabaye seems to be the one in the shop window this year as Tiote was last.
