One stood out more than the others though it was unbelievable. Think Anita and Wijnaldum managed to play us out of a tricky situation in the corner and worked it to Dummett in some space who then preceded to just punt it upfield to absolutely nobody, it was staggering. samag Posted November 29, 2015 Share Posted November 29, 2015 turned his back on the shot for first goal and ripped a new arsehole all game and caught ball watching all the time and tbh him and Haidara are both s*** Alway disapointing to see defenders turn thier back on the ball. To be fair he was left exposed one on one with thier winger far too often. He's just one of the many players we have that are just not good enough. Kanji Posted December 9, 2015 Share Posted December 9, 2015 Dummett is a pretty good 1 v 1 defender when he's around our own box and a winger will try and size him up and beat him. Dummett actually did brilliantly to keep Ibe from crossing many a time. When Ibe broke free from his position and roamed more, it caused us far more problems. I'd like him to sometimes make a challenge earlier but I guess his way is safety first. Ibe carried the ball very far before Dummett would challenge and would pick up a corner each time.
