TRon Posted May 19, 2014 Share Posted May 19, 2014 If we are to go English then Sinclair, Ince, will Hughes, Townsend, huddlestone, Rodwell, shelvey, Zaha, berainho, Richards, Caulker, Butland, Wellbeck, Lescott, even Barry & Colback would be on my list to build a squad as well as a first team. the only ones won't be too pricey for us are probably sinclair, ince, richards, butland, lescott, barry & colback and i'd not take half of them Cutting through all the bullshit, that's the bottom line. Quality English talent comes at a premium, which we haven't paid since the days of Robson who persuaded Shepherd it was the way to go. The level of players being mentioned here that we will be prepared to pay for will only be of a standard which might see us competing for 12th-14th if we're optimistic.
