The Managerial Merry Go Round™ - Steve Cooper sacked by Leicester

Recommended Posts

From reading the BBC report, there seem to be lots of people with their hands on the tiller at Chelsea, not just Boehly.

This is the sort of thing that happens when it's unclear who's in charge.

I wonder if it's more Pochettino than them that have come to this 'mutual' agreement. Probably sat down, started discussing the summer and realised what a shit show he signed up to.

Pretty good for him to head off now tbf as their turnaround will have boosted his reputation. It'll look even better if they start to slide again next season.

Remember when arsenal wanted Kuki, Citeh wanted Colback, manure wanted thumb heed and Chelsea wanted Bruce?

How things change.

Whenever I've seen any quotes from Poch recently he's been doing his best not to commit to another season. I think he wanted out as well.

Wow ... Poch seemed to have got his head around what those players were best at, and had started cooking up something with them.

And so this is just fantastic news

Boehly and Ratcliffe man. What a pair

Excellent news for us - I thought they'd be top 4 contenders next season.

Agreed. Only arsenal and city are locks. I was previously Howe out but I think we need stability now and that should secure a strong season.

Really, to Howe out?  Short memory perhaps.

Yes, we had our issues, and agree to an extent, as I am not sure what plan B (if we have one) looks like.  But for what he has achieved, it was never out for me.

Brighton, West Ham, Chelsea, Manure (most likely) all looking for a new manager, and Liverpool have a new manager.

Villa will struggle and Spurs are just spurs.

As you say, stability is key now.

They can forget about trying to get Eddie right this second.
