Kanj
Arteta has patiently been learning under Pep for 3 years or so, has seen an entire structured organization built on 1 thing only, winning. He has a winner's mentality working for Pep and a club that will ruthlessly do what it takes to be the best. I am sure a very clear idea of how he wants to play. Whether he can get the support to build a team, coach that team, and be a success is another thing.
Pata
I don't see the crowd jumping on his back anytime soon. They’re already saying Ljungberg has ruined his invincibles legacy. Arteta doesn’t have a legend bond with Arsenal fans. I really hope no one thinks your opinions are those of every NUFC fan.

Rafa would have been a good choice too.

They're absolutely mental Know nowt about Arteta but I don't think they're capable of getting a really top coach so may as well take a punt
Kanj
How are Everton more capable of getting Carlo Ancelotti, a top coach, over Arsenal? Or maybe its a case of Arsenal want to go the route of someone they see as an up & comer to build the club up?

joeyt
Think Arteta should stay at Man City until the end of the season and if he wants a manager job, ensure he gets a full pre-season with a team. Joing Arsenal now wouldn't be a wise move for him imo
