Did Sir John Hall make a racist joke about Les Ferdinand ages ago?

can't believe it's even being questioned tbh, with dictionary definitions of racism. FFS man, I'm out like

It doesn't fit with the legal definitions either. Fortunately that's what counts.

Elaborate? Counts in what sense? That Ferdinand couldn't take him to court?

Not as a criminal matter, no.

"Les?"

An important question nobody seems to be asking here: how on earth did Les score all those headers?

*Sigh*

Hilarious how minorities have always been told jokes based on their skin colour are funny as fuck, and it's they who lack a sense of humour for not appreciating them. What century is this? Didn't the world move past this ages ago?

John Hall's comment was stupid but tbf Ferdinand is as black as the ace of spades.

Quoted again for archival. Astonishing.

Is this archive open to the public?

this is literally what the liberal bleeding hearts would have you believe

Think it all depends on the relationship he has with Sir Les tbh.

If they're cool, I think it's alright (me and my mates say things to one another, which would understandably be construed to an outsider as horrifically racist, with all the love in the world).

More than a bit dodgy for me if they have no real relationship.

Honestly, not saying any of you are racist.

Just ignorant. That's all.
