Unbelievable
'We have got ourselves into a position, hopefully, in the summer to make some investment that can take this club forward and be stronger.' And asked if supporters should be excited by the prospect of a significant recruitment drive, Pardew added: 'I hope so because the targets we have buoy me.' 'The financial goalposts have moved a little bit, probably, against us, but that doesn’t mean to say we can’t compete, and that’s what I’m determined to do.' Can see this shit coming from a mile off too. Before the transfer window come out with stories about money available, a number of players coming in. Then as the window is open and we are yet to make a move, state you hope to bring one or two players in, then sell your best player (January only) after whoring him out for months. Last week of the transfer window still hopeful to bring one in, working day and night. Last day(s) of the window pack it in and stop even pretending anymore, leaving squad once again woefully short. Continue ad infinitum. There was a day where I believed naively that Pardew was being let down by Ashley and co, but as the same act is repeated over and over, it's becoming ever more clear how complicit Pardew is in all of this. Just goes to show that Ashley will never sack Pardew whilst our top flight status is not in imminent danger.

huss9
shoving officials, calling a fellow manager ( a well respected one at that) an old cunt, headbutting a player, lying about injuries, blaming others for his own failings, contradicting his own earlier statements, lying about selling players etc, etc. Dignity? what fucking dictionary does this deluded arsehole use? BlueStar
So he's got ten senior players out, Remy wears number 9.... Maybe we've got to the bottom of the problem, he can't count. He probably thinks our goal difference is pretty good over the last few games.

Happy Face
BTW Happy Face, where do you find all this data? That last one I went to Statto and used their "custom table" to look at all games since 01/01/14. http://www.statto.com/football/stats/england/premier-league/2013-2014/custom-table You can do that for all 4 leagues on there. Copied and pasted the "for" column into a spreadie and uncle Bob the tranny's your auntie. Also use... http://www.soccerbase.com/teams/home.sd http://www.whoscored.com/Teams/23 http://www.fourfourtwo.com/statszone http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ http://www.rsssf.com/histdom.html http://www.11v11.com/teams/newcastle-united/tab/matches http://stats.football365.co.uk/
