Kaizero
Martin Ødegaard offered a five year deal with Real Madrid with a clause he'll not have to play for Castilla, but belong to the first team squad. That makes no sense; he has no chance of getting games for the first team right now. Apparently will be loaned back to Strømsgodset or another La Liga club. Assume the clause is for when he actually ends up at Real.
Tooj
Would be awful seeing Messi at Man City.

Guest firetotheworks
By the way, I'm gonna leave this here so we can revisit it at the end of the season: I'm sure Messi will leave if we don't win anything that season. Wow. What makes you think that? It's just a feeling; he looks unmotivated and unhappy. I get the feeling that if he can't reignite his form again after two bad years (and thus leading us to trophies), he'll want to try pastures new. Surely only Man City and PSG could afford him, which is a bit shit. I'd love to see him in the Premier League, but imagine him at Bayern Munich with Pep again. Village Idiot
Would be awful seeing Messi at Man City. That's his most probable destination given their money and ex-Barça people in their board, imho.
Guest firetotheworks
We'd see him in our league though. Imagine watching him vs Mike Williamson.

Guest firetotheworks
Providing Mike Williamson was no longer a Newcastle player and Pardew was gone, aye it would.
KaKa
Well if we were still suffering under them both, then I'd accept it also.
Ketsbaia
Messi & Aguero together every week? Yes, please. Although I'd hate to see Messi anywhere but Barca (or NUFC, obviously).
54
It's not beyond the realms of possibility that he goes to someone like Chelsea, and if it were to happen there squad would be insane
Ronaldo
City are slime but anything that stops Mourinho winning stuff is fine by me.
The College Dropout
There was an FM when no matter what a regen coming through the youth ranks would eventually turn around in the prime of their careers and start spouting some bollocks about needing a new challenge. You could hold em off for a season or so but they'd be back.

He'd be a star for pretty much anyone other than Bayern, Real and Barca. Dortmund would be class but I can't see that.
