LiquidAK
Fantastic signing for us overall given the tiny price we paid, the money we got for him, and the contribution he made in-between. He's had a more than solid Premier League career imo

Pilko
Imagine playing in the Premier League for best part of 10 years with a year out to win a Championship trophy, winning an FA cup and paying in European competition and being told you've "wasted your career" Then again @Stifler I guess the lad isn't up during the day writing on a forum about a guy he doesn't even know, no maybe he's been too busy you know with playing for Premier League football teams, earning more money in a week then what people on here will earn in a year, getting to go home to his wife and child at the end of the day. If he puts in the work then one day when he's at work he might score the winner in a derby, with a bit of good luck he might even score the winner in a cup final. Aye but go ahead, mock the lad on his wasted career, because he's got nothing on any of you. I mean how can compete with half the people on here who one day if they work hard enough and sacrifice all their time possibly including time supporting us, or even valuable family time then one day when some of you go to work you might be promoted to the position of deputy shift supervisor at the Tesco's down the road, or possibly even PA to the PA, to the PA of the big boss. Definitely got better value than Leicester on that deal.
TRon
Must be pound for pound one of the best signings we ever made value-wise. He was obviously never worth £30m that we got for him, but he gave us some really good years and scored some important goals.
gbandit
Always liked him, was my favourite player amongst some of the sides we put out during his time here. Wish him well
Menace
Really liked him here but he is a very weird footballer in terms of positioning. £30m was a crazy fee for him looking back.

timnufc22
Granted the whole Ashley circus was so uninspiring, but for me it felt like that zip and infectious enthusiasm in his play, which was a big part of his quality when he first arrived, had waned after a few years. Kanj
He would have been sensational under Eddie imho. I love the bloke. Good luck to him for sure.

Joe1984
For the money we spent on him, we got a sound return. Both on the pitch and when we sold him. I like Perez and wish him well.

Guest
Funny how systems can just click under quality managers. Take the similar sort of game spell under Keegan where we only had 3 players with any legs (Enrique, Beye & Martins), a midfield of Geremi, Butt and Barton with Owen just off Viduka and Martins. On paper and going by how those players were going, nothing should have worked, but it was a thing of beauty. The Spurs 4-1 away is still the greatest away performance I've seen, should have been about 12.

andycap
I think Leicester criminally underused him under rogers. When he did play he was played all over the shop.
