Deuce
They were comfortable winners, but how poor is this Man Utd side? Perez alone caused them all kinds of problems. Had they had any kind of attacking game plan, they could have come away with a result today instead of a loss, as ever with a Pardew side though it literally relies on individuals doing their own thing to try and make a mark in the match. Didn't look like ManU ever really felt threatened tbh, even when we did manage to move the ball rather well. They have no defense. Which means they won't win the league, but being able to throw Rooney, Falcao, Van Persie, Mata (and Di Maria) on the field is pretty devastating. Sima
So glad I cashed out when Cisse and Cabella came on with my -2 bet. £297 from £100, not too bad
Karjala
Hard to pick out a single good performance, we knew we would get beat and played like it. Manure aren't great - we were there for a 6 or 7 job but they weren't up to it. Mackems shite again, wonder how we will fare against another very poor team on Sunday. NEEJ
http://www.imgur.com/rf0tbb5.jpeg All Armstrong's fault. It was clear evidence that you're at your most vulnerable when you have the ball. Pardew knows.

Perfect for your football tourists which Manchester welcomes with such love. Half and half scarves are the most nauseating thing about modern English football. I'm a peace loving, Guardian reading, Labour voting woolly socialist non-violent kind of chap, but I'd gladly support any government which promised to take these people out somewhere quiet in the country side and bury them in a large pit. brummie
Incidentally, and this probably sounds a bit obvious, but if I supported your lot, the usurping of the term "United" to refer to just Manchester United and no other Uniteds, regardless of how long they've been around, would annoy me even more than fucking half and half scarfers. Absolutely this, and it always had. I simply refuse to address them as 'United'. Self-righteous cunts.
Chris_R
If I hear anyone talk about "united", I make a point of enquiring about what aspect of Cambridge United they're talking about. It's petty and achieves very little other than to perhaps make me look a bit of an arse, but I can't help myself. At least Cambridge's official nickname is United, whereas Man U's is The Red Devils and not United at all.

Super Duper Branko Strupar
http://www.imgur.com/rf0tbb5.jpeg All Armstrong's fault. Always important to simultaneously not mark the players nor close down the ball nor rush back too quickly. How one player got round the back of our defence, totally unmarked and another simultaneously got through our central defence, totally unmarked, is absolutely astonishing. You can see Dummet's vulnerability in that screenshot. Planted and totally unaware. Gouffran no where near. But we still should have been okay. For Rooney to get past Colo with absolutely no effort is f***ing infuriating. Look how far away from the 6 yard line he is there. Colo in front of him with nothing else to do but stop that one man. f***ing pathetic. 3 men looking at one player. Janmaat is at fault too, like. Dave
The surprise in the Newcastle lineup was the formation that Alan Pardew adopted for the game this afternoon. He opted to match [Manchester] United’s 3-5-2 system man for man, a formation that was previously alien to this Newcastle side. Despite reverting to a back four for the second half, the damage was done in the opening 45 minutes. [Manchester] United scored twice and the plan completely back-fired, the players were not used to the system and left wide open spaces for the likes of Mata and Rooney to capitalise on. For as good as [Manchester] United were going forward, they were gifted their comfortable lead from atrocious Newcastle defending and a mystifying decision from Alan Pardew. http://i.imgur.com/862tfDf.gif
Tachikoma
I think the fact they are so high and winning so many games is down to just how poor a league it is these days, I mean we have been absolutely piss poor all season save one or two games, and we are comfortably mid-table probably. People harp on about Moyes' team but this is just as bad. Fergie was a true fucking great and set his sides up to relentlessly attack and demolish the opposition. 3-0 up and coasting and they simply shut shop. Had they wanted to, they could have doubled their tally easily. That's the state of the PL these days though, it's all about the next game and saving one selves RE energy and fitness. I hope it bites them on the arse the cunts. I'd agree with you on normal match days, but this is the Christmas period.
