joeyt
What a miss by Kanu. You dare to insult the great man that is Nwankwo Kanu?! Tread carefully sir. Poor man's Hal Robson Kanu
Hanshithispantz
I don't really feel English a lot of the time tbh. Aye, I'm pretty sure people who do force it like.

joeyt
Mad to think Ritchie's next game at Wembley will be when he scores his 2nd in a 3-1 win against Arsenal in February

Incognito
Actually felt for Rooney this half. He's been missed making terrific runs by Sterling more than once.
Teasy
Fucking hell Sterling really is shite. England breaking forward with Rose and he steps in, takes it off the feet of Rose and completely halts the move.
Dave
England beat Scotland 3-0 and it was still utterly tedious.
Scoot
Only one more international and then nowt until March. Champion.
Cronky
Lallana apart, there was very little technical ability in the front six. We looked very laboured in possession. Sterling doesn't play with much imagination or awareness of what's around him. He would be the most frustrating player in the team to watch if it wasn't for Sturridge, who plays like he's scared of getting hurt. He doesn't chase defenders down or challenge with any real intent. Dr.Spaceman
Because only Scottish people can't accept a result that goes against them.
Yorkie
Be quite funny if Southgate got the job off the back of these results. As if three routine victories against vastly inferior sides was ever going to represent a test. Qualifiers and friendlies have proven campaign after campaign that they are no barometer to judge an England manager. They really might as well wait until the summer. AyeDubbleYoo
He should get it anyway no? Unless we have a genuine world class manager lined up then it makes sense IMO. We won't win anything, but we won't with any manager.

HawK
Quite enamoured with Southgate tbh, we could do worse than a reasonably young ex-international stalwart as a coach, it's not uncommon to do this in other countries. (Klinsmann at Germany, Bilic at Croatia, Blanc at France etc.) Saddens me that we literally have no class managers any more.

If we can persuade Pep to leave Man City then I take it back.

You should know, being a good player very rarely translates to being a good manager.
Ronaldo
It helps to have a modicum of gravitas and experience of winning stuff. Southgate's just a vaguely inoffensive runt.
