Colos Short and Curlies
As feared... Steve McClaren should take note. Anderlecht boss Besnik Hasi – like Mitrovic, born in the former Yugoslavia - is more than happy to engage in conversation about his former player. 'He is a goalscorer – put the ball in the box and he will score,' he says. 'You need to play dominant football to get the best out of him and you need wingers. Wingers.... Good Job Pardew isn't here anymore, he'd stick him out wide of a front 3. That far forward? More like a hard working right sided midfielder

Stottie
Well excited about this! I wouldn't have expected it after the long barren spell, but Cisse scored a lot off the bench last year. It suggests he'd be a better option as a backup striker than he looked twelve months ago.
Peppe
Aleksandar Mitrovic scores goals for fun but is moody and needs his own minder... Newcastle's new £12.5m striker is a five-year-old trapped in a monster's body http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3169380/Newcastle-s-new-12-5m-striker-Aleksandar-Mitrovic-scores-goals-fun-moody-needs-minder.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490 He returned from international duty 5kg overweight after eating pizza I can't blame him tbh, pizza is delicious Edit: New pizza wanker

Elma
I want a hybrid of the Shearer one-arm-aloft and the 'silence-the-critics' tongue slice. I want to see Shearer chip a beach ball into a pool chair from 30 yards and then do the Mitrovic celebration.

Klaus
Mcclaren doesn't come across as much of a disciplinarian like. This should be interesting.
Interpolic
Would be proper ace if he absolutely fucking chinned Pardew next season.

relámpago blanco
Would be better if Pardew tried to nut him and knocked himself out and Mitrovic just stood over him laughing eating a slice of Pizza.
cubaricho
Who's next?
Gallowgate Toon
Doing a bit of Wise scouting, he seems like a surprisingly well-rounded footballer. Good physicality, relatively mobile, decent with the ball at his feet, some link-up vision etc.
Mole_Toonfan
Who's next? The CB from Anderlecht it would seem, after that who fucking knows.
LucaAltieri
Mcclaren doesn't come across as much of a disciplinarian like. This should be interesting. With difficult characters you don't want a disciplinarian. You want someone who can bring out their best qualities, not try to contain the bad ones. Even SAF had to give Cantona special treatment despite being an miserable utter cunt to mostly everyone else.
Willow
Mcclaren doesn't come across as much of a disciplinarian like. This should be interesting. I disagree, he seems to be about right when it comes to discipline from the media I've seen him in. He banned swearing on the training ground recently and his assistant Black also likes to keep people in check too apparently. He's definitely no pushover. Either way, it's going to be interesting!
