Shelveys Hair
His celebration when he runs to the fan on the pitch ;D
nemtizz
Was utter shit most of the game but given that I usually criticise him for his heading, off the ball movement and not jumping he was fucking brilliant for the goal and got us a draw so fair play Some jump to get out of the way of the fan, too. loki679
Pleased he took his shirt off because I can now dismiss the theory that he's slow because he's carrying a bit of weight. If he is, it's not on his middle.
loki679
His 'performance' so far today makes some of yesterday's positive comments about this useless sack of shit doubly funny. Aye, i'm laughing my tits off
NUFC
Was blatantly going to knock Paul Catterson out if he didn't let him back on till Rafa stepped in
Mr Logic
It's easy to look shit when you're up front alone, but if we played a more attcking game with more bodies in the box I'm sure this lad would shine.
AyeDubbleYoo
I come away most games thinking he's done alright TBH, he's got a thankless task. He's missed a few chances as well obviously, but I think he's a good player.
TRon
I thought Defoe was holding the ball up better than him today. I wouldn't mind seeing us go 4-4-2 with him and Cisse up front. That might give us some more threat in the penalty area.
Mick
I'm glad that he's scored and he showed loads of bottle when he didn't want to go off injured, having said that, I thought he was going to get another booking when he started to run at the ref before thinking better of it. We all know Cissé is canny at scoring from low crosses
triggs
Was funny today because I thought he was shit at the things he's meant to be good at and then scored the goal which he is usually shit at

Klaus
Did he actually get elbowed in that challenge btw? Couldn't see anything on the replay.

That was brilliant Love this guy so much, his celebration was just brilliant. Really hope he pushes on from here, determined for him to succeed here. Newcastle Fan
I honestly love him, never mind the fact that he's not the end product and still needs time to settle in footballing terms, but his passion really is something.
colinmk
His attitude today was the best thing I've seen from a player of ours for a long time, he's not the best player yet but he's head and shoulders above the rest of that shower of shite on that alone. Guest firetotheworks
I really want to like him and he took his goal well today, but he really isn't good enough like. For being a strong, tall striker he's remarkably bad in the air and shrugged off the ball a lot easier than he should. He's young like, but he shouldn't be being relied upon. AY
He is not good enough at the moment, but people tend to forget his age. Can't think many target men who are already at their best at 22. He is going to get a lot better and he just needs someone to challenge him for the strikers place. Maybe Cisse being fit again changes this.

Same story with Perez, but given enough time they'll blossom into decent players. Here's hoping they grow fast.

KaKa
That Kone is a beast and so is Kaboul. Not a good match up for him today. A more nippy striker is needed around those two. Love the fact he fought hard until the end and he never quits even when it is going against him. We need to get more dynamic and technical players around him to stretch the defence and open things up for him. Only Townsend looked capable of it today. Sissoko kept losing the ball and Perez was bullied.
