He proved his leadership when he spoke up when needed, many captains just get the role on reputation. This guys a genuine leader, just needs to keep learning now. Potentially, haven't seen enough of Hanley to pass full comment but Lascelles still has to improve for me. Good to have competition for places either way, will push players on.
