samag
They've got Villa or worse written all over them. Agree with this, seen them a few times this season just seems no effort or passion there.
cp40
the players who cared, and fought for their survival seasons are way past their use by date now as well.
morla84
Can't see them spending anything near what Villa have forked out to avoid a second relegation tbh
Menace
People are nuts if they think they'll be at play offs/challenging. Championship has decent teams, the teams that got relegated will be competing, as well as teams like Leeds/Derby etc.
Dr.Spaceman
Derby are like the Liverpool of the championship, they'll always be challenging next year. Having said that, they'll murder the mackems even with Sunderland football friend Gary Rowett in charge.
NJS
Just having a look at RTG, they love licking Feyenoord's arse like, wonder if Feyenoord give two fucks about them? Apparently Feyenoord winning the Dutch League is a "bright spark in the darkest of seasons" for SAFC. The links are so strong and deep that Sunderland opened their ground against their hated rivals Ajax. Never even crossed my mind, that. They're so fucking small time. They went on for years about a special relationship with Athletic Bilbao, spouting that they were founded by Mackems and that's why they wear red and white. Then someone visited the AB club museum and found no mention of this anywhere and enquiries were met with whatever is Spanish for "What the fuck are you talking about?" When this was posted on the SMB I honestly thought a mass suicide event was on the cards.
midds
Not sure they're poor enough to go down again but they'll be comfortably nearer the bottom 6 than the top 6. It'll get worse for them before it gets better, no chance they've bottomed out yet. You can't tell them this but it's pretty obvious.
1964
Those players are not used to a 46 league game season. They are in for a shock
Foluwashola
It's impossible to tell yet really how it'll go for them next season. Rebuild semi-wisely and they'll be up at the business end.
afar
They should be happy at today's result, they really couldn't have hoped for a better pair to be relegated with them, although both have recent champ experience neither are a big name with quality players and tons off assets. Both to me are similar to Norwich this season, they both need new managers too.

We've got one of the best managers in the world though. They have David Moyes. They are not getting relegated, or even be close to, but don't think they'll bother the play off spots either. Nobody
What's the craic with their finances, are they really that skint? Made losses every year since coming up or something like that, have a 78% wages to turn over ratio (should be around 50-60 %) and shite match day income so rely heavily on the TV money which will be gone next season. True, they'd do well to fuck Moyes off. Fully dependent on their summer, they'll be one of the biggest draws for decent Championship cloggers still. Pilko
I think they'll start poorly next year and eventually get their shit together enough to finish in or just under the playoffs tbh.
Chris_R
I think they'll start poorly, dip a bit in the middle and then tail off badly towards the end.

Stifler
wtf is that even about? Something about Mackems working in Rotterdam in the 80's and the clubs becoming good friends. Some kind of shit version of Auf Wiedersehen Pet it seems. Mackems working in Ashington and Rotterdam. They get around.
Stifler
As it stands I don't think they will be near the top 6. An overhaul though and they could break it. They need a clean wipe of the club though, both the manager and players need an overhaul. Will their finances allow it? It seems not at the moment. Scoreboard82
Just having a look at RTG, they love licking Feyenoord's arse like, wonder if Feyenoord give two f***s about them? Apparently Feyenoord winning the Dutch League is a "bright spark in the darkest of seasons" for SAFC. They do f**k all themselves to make them happy so their only enjoyment in life is what goes on elsewhere. Some of their happiest memories are negative events associated with NUFC. The sad in SMB is more than apt.
