frankpingel
It's actually believable that someone actually said that as well. f Well it definitely happened. Apparently it was bigger seams in Durham and coal was mined in larger pieces.

Guest
Is this the one we were desperate to get on loan last year? https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/galloway.1390460/
cp40
Read about the bottle throwing on RTg- there appears to have been fighting among themselves in the family enclosure and somebody was bitten on the leg. he lifted up his strides leg and had what looked like a very nasty bite mark, not surprised he kicked off, shouldn't have done it when he had a bairn with him like, took ages for the coppers to come anarl. Ikon
Didn't they think they were gonna walk the league after the first couple of games?
Guest firetotheworks
They've actually got some bloke sat in a mine with a cap and shovel modelling it on their Club Shop website. In other words, 'Our future is the pits'
Figures 1-0 Football
Superb, absolutely superb. If they and Villa are both drawn into a relegation battle I think my willy might fall off from all of the tugging.

Tsunami
I've just realised that I know who Janey is, bloody hell she's got very bitter given that she's from Washington and is old enough to know and remember how it used to be before it got annexed by Sunderland and the internet was invented. You'd think she'd never come across a Newcastle supporter before.

Dave
You know it's gone to shit when not one of the threads on the front page is about us. Not a single thread on the first page of RTG is about us. Twice in two weeks, that's got to be some sort of record.

ponsaelius
I thought they'd be fine this season and still leaning that way. However an injury to Grabban and they'd look seriously thin up top.
Nobody
I thought they'd be fine this season and still leaning that way. However an injury to Grabban and they'd look seriously thin up top. What do you class as 'fine' for them?
ponsaelius
I thought mid-table.
samptime29
I knew they were skint but thought they'd at least have £2 million for striker. They do look light up top. An injury or 2 would be real bad.
Nobody
I thought mid-table. Aye, lower mid table looks reasonable for them IMO. Not sure I'd agree with that being fine for them though, they need promotion ASAP considering their finances is a joke.
sbnufc
The team 20th this time (after 6 games that is) last season went down in bottom place.
