Charlies
We could be in for a very merry christmas, these cunts hopefully rock bottom plummeting into league one & us with potential new overlords. RTG will be fun

Ketsbaia
Reading equalise v bolton Although Birmingham's game in hand is at Boro, so that's an unlikely win. Burton v Sunderland at the weekend.
Stifler
Reading equalise v bolton Doesn’t mean much, they will still be the same amount of points as dirt with Birmingham to play tomorrow. What it does mean is that little by little clubs above are grinding out results, even if they are draws. A gap should be starting to open up now if they don’t gain points soon. Guest
The foul by Ameobi for the penalty was ridiculous.
joeyt
Sunderland have had loads of ex North East players scoring against them this season including one tonight
Guest firetotheworks
It's a miracle that they're not cut further adrift tbh. Their form should mean that they're completely cut adrift.
ponsaelius
Their squad is extremely stretched at the moment. Half of their matchday 18 today are genuinely League One standard at best.
ponsaelius
It's a miracle that they're not cut further adrift tbh. Their form should mean that they're completely cut adrift. Not necessarily. Looking at the last couple of seasons the points tallies for teams just outside the relegation zone after 18 games are broadly similar to this year. Edit: Last 4 seasons for example 21st place has always been on 18 points at this point. Basically it's only Birmingham who are keeping them in touching distance, and they have a game in hand. loki679
No matter what division they're in they're destined to stink the place out scrapping around at the bottom. It's their natural place in the order of things.

HaydnNUFC
Now that the takeover looks likely despite their clinging onto the HMRC case for dear life RTG has just resorted to replying to Newcastle fans on there with "go post on a mag board", "you're obsessed with here", "you're always on here".
