Ridiculous releasing a book on based on 1 season.

I don't know whether I'll be buying it, but I'm seriously considering it. Not for what he's done here, just I'd rather read his take on the game than a lot of other people.I was lucky enough to be around when Waddle and Gascoigne played for Newcastle but I wouldn't want to read their books.

Sounds like Martin Hardy's book is more about what's been happening off the pitch than on it.

A lot of people are interested in the changes Rafa is making behind the scenes.

Following the success of "Touching Distance" and "Tunnel of Love", local writer Martin Hardy returns with his third Newcastle United book on June 5th.

Written with the co-operation of Rafa Benitez, "Rafa's Way" departs from the usual bland 'story of a season' format to chronicle the revival of a club on and off the field during our Championship gap year.

The book also features exclusive interviews with Matt Ritchie, Jamaal Lascelles,  Ciaran Clark, Dwight Gayle and Rob Elliot.

Author-signed copies are available to pre-order now online http://www.touchingdistance.com/ for £19.99 including UK p & p (delivery charges apply to overseas orders).

Still love how happy he looked when holding the trophy.

It's a shame that Ocho hasn't been active on here for a couple of years because I'm sure he'd agree that Yorkie's basically drawn his friend, and my old boss who's half Japanese, half Scottish.
