Hopefully see them lent to darlo.  Spenny. Blue star etc too then ?? Good idea.

Darlington and Spennymoor are miles away and in different counties with no NUFC ties and probably at least as many anti-NUFC fans as pro.

The point is that Gateshead are the most prominent local non-league team and just happen to be adjacent to Newcastle with a lot of ties.

If they asked we probably would. We have cooperation with Plymouth and Hartlepool (albeit they do and fund their own...)

Great watch that ,

I know we have good fans but there are a whole heap of  clubs across Turkey , France, Brazil  , Poland , Germany etc….. that have wild / crazy / super intense fans

They’re also seem to significantly less health and safety restrictions.

Can you imagine if Wor Flags asked about incorporating a hundred flares/firecrackers into a display ?

at  the end? they mean after the match?

I'm assuming for the lap of honour at the end.  Not everyone stays, of course - but it would be great if there's a proper display at the end. Really looking forward to WF's efforts vs Arsenal

Dunno if it will fully work at the end mind.

Its a nighttime game and many will be off , it may not get the same effect ?

fair play if all goes to plan

Aren't 'the normal wavers' the flags on poles? Sounds like they're for the end and they have something on each seat for pre-match?

Yeah, although some debate on the 'wavers' at present owing to several factors.

Without wanting to give too much away, there will be foils/foil flags on all home seats to make up a display.

Previously, there are what we call small/medium 'wavers' which were in all stands for fans to use, we had to clear out the East Stand though previously and tonight took some others out as we began preparation for the Arsenal display.

There is currently some debate about whether they remain out for use throughout the game/after the final whistle as we all love them and the sporadic nature thst the crowd has seemed to naturally take on. However, as this is our largest and most complex display yet we have some concerns in the group that any 'wavers' may detract from the fisplay, add to confusion and have a negative impact.

We shall see what happens.

Ultimately, as the players take the field, etc. Each individual should wave the foil flag (on little thin Black plastic poles) to make up a mosaic so to speak. Flags may be made available for the lap of relief and belief
