Incredible ball by Jonjo and clever finish by Murphy for a the second. Defending first half was a comfy. s*** second half. They had way too much threat and we offered no response. Stupid penalty given away by Shelvey. Horrid final ten until Gayle scored. Their keeper f***ed up. 54 Posted March 4, 2017 Share Posted March 4, 2017 The second half was only nervous because we're Newcastle and it would be just us to have conceded a second, but in reality, they didn't have a clear chance all game and we're only limited to pot shots from range, and as someone else said we completely nullified them. They barely created a thing bar the penalty Darlow wasn't worked, but they were getting in nice positions, we looked increasingly jaded and a Diame-esque goal or a sloppy penalty conceded are never far away in that situation IMO with so much time left on the clock.
