SUPERTOON
Be a bit underwhelming if he is our major or only striker signing. Surely he and Chelsea must have been promised that he will our number one choice.
Figures 1-0 Football
I hope we have an option to buy, but I highly doubt we will.
Skeletor
Not sure about this. Sounds like he'll be expected to play a lot and I would have hoped for someone proven.
Disco
Like this if so. The type of striker we need (cross between Mitro/Murphy and Gayle) although he'll be a risk. Wouldn't complain if it happens, even if he's shit it's no risk.
Foluwashola
Find it highly unlikely that Rafa would agree to anything daft. Confident we'll bring in another striker.
Jesse Pinkman
Not too sure about this. I don't think he can lead the line of a team fighting relegation.
Ronaldo
He's perfect for the system, like. His performance against Huddersfield a couple of months back would've given Rafa an erection.
r0cafella
So what are this lads strength and weaknesses, the goals I saw him score for Brentford all seemed to be tap ins.

midds
Yes please, looked strong, mobile, hungry last year. Few decent finishes in the box too iirc. I'll wait until it happens before going ott though.

Hughesy
Think he'll be a great signing - just the kind of striker we need. Quick, strong and mobile with an eye for goal.
afar
Not too sure about this. I don't think he can lead the line of a team fighting relegation. Wow, are you David Moyes ?
Figures 1-0 Football
So what are this lads strength and weaknesses, the goals I saw him score for Brentford all seemed to be tap ins. He did well to score for Brentford, to be fair.
Guest
I'd guess he'll be used like Ranger was used after promotion. Only a lot better.
triggs
Scoring tap ins is a good sign
afar
Scoring tap ins is a good sign It's an excellent sign, and exactly what we need.
Tooj
Martin Hardy kept on talking up the relationship Rafa has with the likes of Chelsea to be able to bring in their players on loan with them having confidence that he'll develop them.
cubaricho
Not too sure about this. I don't think he can lead the line of a team fighting relegation. Good thing he didn't join Brighton then.
Lush Vlad
Didn't he get 20 odd goals for Bristol City last year? Looks the right sort of player and has the frame to fit the system. Have to agree with what some others are saying, though. Don't like the idea of just signing him on loan, with no option. Seems a bit small time and a waste for us moving forwards, if he ends up being a success for us.

Seems a bit small time and a waste for us moving forwards, if he ends up being a success for us. Although I agree with the general sentiment and said so in the other thread. He's pretty far down in the queue to start at Chelsea and we will put ourselves in a strong position with him if he is a success and he becomes a hot property, just like Lukaku was for Everton after his initial loan he was always going to sign there. Rafa's not stupid though so I'm sure he has a plan.

Aye, noticed that as well. I don't like loans within a division, shouldn't really be allowed. That said, he does seem to suit the system very well.
