Best thing about this lad (not the lad with the shirt) is his attitude. He clearly gives a shit and he works his arse off for the team.  If he has to come off as sub, all good, if he's on the bench, all good, everything for the team.  He's just the kind of bloke we want at this club.

I don't think it's luck exactly. I think he has a habit of trying to be too perfect with his shots and aiming for the corner of the corner.

For all of his improvements, I'm actually a bit surprised Howe trusts him so much against certain opposition as the defensive side of his game is lax (unless he's being instructed to stay higher up).

End of next season apparently according to both Spotrac and Transfermarkt.

 

Can see an expected relegation battler taking a punt if we do make him available but can see him being kept around for the changing room for now though.

 

No chance Murphy goes anywhere this summer though imo.
