Wouldn't think Tonali's wife would be that keen on Manchester? She'll want London or back to Milan, surely.

Wouldn't blame Tonali if he demands a City move if a Milan or London club don't come in for him.

I think he'll move to any club in England that pays him enough. I'd imagine doubling his wages will soften the blow.

He's on a reported £150k a week already. Who's paying him £300k?

Based on a very reputable wages website, that would make him the third highest paid player in the league behind Haaland and Van Dijk.

What makes it worse the only player we had with any PSR worth to start the process was ASM and we were even forced to sell him cheap at £20m.

Provided he comes back and actually stays, he'd be on £300,000. So Tonali would be joint fourth along with Rashford, Fernandes and Targett.

Far too much effort for an argument that's not worth paying any mind and is 90% just a wind up attempt and 10% extreme unconscious bias.

You spunk £180m on Sancho & Pogba and it's all good. You can just spunk andther £180m on replacements. If that doesn't work spend another £180m again. Until you finally get it right, which happened this season.

We have a shit summer and it's probably set us back years. How's that fair competition?

Of course. That was the only transfer that could possibly have been done to satisfy PSR.

When Newcastle make a mistake such as selling a player about to go for £120m for £15m, it's cos PSR. I'm silly for continuously forgetting that. :bluestar:

Dude I have defended you as a great poster on here that brings a lot to this forum as a fan of a rival but brother. Come onnnnn. This ain’t it.

Last 3 seasons we finished 7th, 4th & 12th.

You finished 8th, 16th, 3rd.

Since then our net spend is £35m, yours is £260m or so. (Snip doesn't include the Gordon or Jaouen fee). Explain how that can be fair especially when we have the means to not have to do this? It's shit and you know it is.

Enzo was massively overpriced and Caicedo I would consider a failure. Rice of course great, but I thought we'd moved past the era of £100m CMs.

I guess it doesn't matter if money is no object, but you don't need to pay that money for a really, really good CM.

Caicedo failure? He has been very good. Just that Chelsea is turboshit.

I've thought as Froggy as some sort of benign cyst over the years. On first noticing the lump you're upset, irritated and determined to remove it. Once you're told it's completely harmless, however, you start to build an affinity with the growth and in some ways can't imagine your cock  forum without it.
