We’d like to put our thanks on record for the work Rafa has done over the last three years, and we now look move on and forward to a bright future with the welcome return of Sam Allardyce. Rafa wants to buy players to win things no matter their age, along with paying sometimes over the odds and a bit more in wages. Their age/price/wages aren't as important as winning trophies and building the club to compete with the best in the league for Rafa. (And i don't mean going in with ridiculous prices/wages on older players, just sensible stuff) If Ashley sticks to the buy to sell on model then we're fucked, too far away from the manager wants to achieve. Ashley as we've all said before isn't interested in winning, just making more and more money off the back of Newcastle United, he's the leech that has never drained enough blood.
