Once we are mathematically safe, can we put a dunce avatar on a few of the telling-it-how-it-is posters?

We'll never get to see the avatars in action because they've all gone eerily quiet for some unbeknownst reason?

Dave censored them, because he was offended by their challenge of the status quo.

You’ve got to hand it to him like. He’s managing this season, the players and the opposition like the great manager that he is.

Rafa is the poster boy if you like of just what a good manager brings to a club, even a relegated one which we pretty much were when he took over or a newly promoted one which is what we are, a Championship team basically. He’s the glue that keeps us from cracking/breaking at every level on and off the stands. I’ve been critical at times this season and stupidly even wondered whether he was the man for us briefly (keeping us up (was mortal that night in my defence and immediately felt a complete tit not long after)), but again you have to hand it to him. He is the man. Now if only Ashley would sell up to someone who can match his ambition and give him the tools to truly turn us into something akin to what he has shown constantly he can build - a top and successful team.

The response to our shite run has been absolute class. The Brighton, Swansea, Burnley home games were annoying at that time - but we kept picking up points.

Then we win our next 3 homes games, and we're unbeaten at home in 6. Rafa's clearly done really well this season. Hope we finish the season strong!

They were talking about Huddersfield and about to move on, but one of em jumped in, saying that Benitez securing our survival in the second half of the season (in the context of having gone nine without a win, takeover collapse, no money in January), is one of the best managerial achievements of the season.

Following on from my Pardle posts on the Monday Night Club, they quickly discussed us just before it finished at 9. For all the shite Sutton and Wright spouted beforehand, they backed Rory Smith from the New York Times who said we're where we are because of Rafa.

Smith's obviously watched us and gave mention to dropping Diame back which has helped Shelvey and also the fact Dummett and Lascelles have progressed because of Rafa. Smith was also massively sympathetic towards Rafa being shafted by Ashley re: Abraham.

Someone at the weekend said taking NUFC up and keeping us up would be huge on Rafa’s CV, despite what he has done and won in the past, basically saying intelligent football people be it other managers or pundits etc. would look at that and think aye, that’s a huge achievement. Who was it? It be gutted if it was Merson.

Aye I remember hearing someone say that. Think it might have been on football focus. Maybe even Lawro? Or Osman?

I genuinely think him making Lascelles our skipper is arguably one of his best ever managerial decisions, certainly long term one's.

Likewise, Lascelles decision to boot off with our lot has made his career. Think it's a valuable lesson for any young bairn. Stand up for yourself and what you believe in, show respect and you can make the world a better place.

Really complimentary about him on The Ramble's latest episode. Basically said that other managers should use Rafa's tactics as a blueprint to keep a team in the Premier Legaue
