I think it's badly worded and referring to the purchase of the site which is owned by a separate entity, clearly they want to get that site back*. There’s something happening but it’s probably still at the due diligence stage while “whoever” gets the money together to purchase. If that’s the hard part, wouldn’t hold much hope that these guys will be splashing the cash for Rafa. Not unless they have a massive loan arrangement with the banks, which in itself is worrying. The news gets funnier every day..."further along than ever before"..."no bid yet"..."deal agreed in principle"..."Kenyon's £100 million short"...even if ALL the papers report that a deal has actually been agreed you can bet your life the next day they'll all be saying it's fell through/come unstuck or something along those lines.
