The attacker was all over the defender at first, pulling him aside, only then did the defender react with a push away which was never enough to go from. Liverpool had their moments, but you just felt it was never going to be their night. That’s 6 or more finals Klopp has lost and his 3rd Liverpool final he’s lost. They have had a very good season though and are clearly improving. I’m pleased for Fulham, deserved winners and I’ll be going to watch Newcastle at Craven Cottage next season for sure. Don’t have a great team in what sense? They went 40 unbeaten last year and won both Champions league and league title.
