Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-1 Newcastle United - 11/02/19

Rafa, like versus Spurs set us up perfectly to take 1 pt or 3 pts. We need to finish these games, regardless. Our inability to kill this off at the end was our own doing, hate to say it but we're never going to get the luck of a ref calling it right or clean (ie: stoppage time going way over, or Almiron being fouled). It's bent as fuck league and we're only going to have to make our own luck and kill these fuckers off.

If that's the other end, this place is up in arms if it gets disallowed.  Subjective decision and can't use stills as justification for it, in real time it looks fine imo.

In real time you can miss things.

2 hands coming over your face even for half a second (ie, "in real time") is more than enough to stop you catching a ball like that. Real time or still, it's a foul, man.

Which is why not having VARS is ridiculous, OK it's a matter of opinion over the foul, the main opinion on here that it is a foul. Maybe VARS gives it, maybe not but to not have something that lesser league have is fucking pathetic.

Point is a canny result against these

Without any context, definitely. With context it's rank.

Rafa also knows if he has a pop, the spineless cunts at the PL will give him a fine.

Rafa went to the referee and told him off after the games and the referee reacted angrily. Rafa can’t say anything on TV. You can call the players, the managers, the fans, the owners, but you can’t say shit about a referee. Every other major team sport either has referee’s coming out afterwards or them their audio player live. There is no transparity with referee’s and theirs a reason why, because they are both shit and on the take.

Didn't realise it's the same ref who gave a penalty for that X-rated foul on Salah on Boxing Day.

Let this sink in to the "no foul" lot. Salah gets a penalty for being barely touched from the same ref that don't think two arms in the keepers face is a penalty

Rafa doesn’t need to have a pop. He just has to say “I thought it was a foul”. He didn’t even say that.

I think he was disappointed more at the decision to try and catch it, still think he probably reckons it was a foul, but Carragher pointed out already that Rafa doesn't like keepers trying to catch it in those situations because the refs in England allow fouls sometimes. He even hinted that in his interview.
