I know it’s early days but 11 players have better than 1 goal every 90 minutes who’ve scored at least 2. Over half of that list are penalty takers.

Wonder how long this sort of scoring rate is going to continue across the league. Just under 4 goals a game average at the moment.

Aye, love how graceful he is on the ball one of my favourite players to watch, got a real good change of pace as well. He should be playing much higher, he's sort of a throwback player imo.

Don’t know why but he reminds me of Hoddle from the clips I have seen of Hoddle? Such a graceful player

RE England - he should play ahead of Rashford on the left - with Foden/Barnes playing behind him

Spain’s squad has proper deteriorated hasn’t it?

I mean they’re still good but seems like a distant memory to when they dominated.

Just demonstrates how weak their traditionsl big clubs are right now - Barca, R Madrid, Atleti, Bilbao and Valencia - these clubs normally form their spine

Such a farce that international friendlies are being played with everything that's going on. Even for our playoff tomorrow Slovakia are going to be missing their two best players because of Covid with Skriniar testing positive and Lobotka stuck in Naples

Didn't know he was still alive

Not too far off, by the looks of things. The cunt.

Saw him on Football Focus on Saturday and he looked like some old twat that escaped from a care home.

He's been treated for cancer btw.

Came across like a total dinosaur during the course of the episode. Was surprised to see him tbh, it's a bit mad how the BBC are still employing him for football analysis, like. Regardless of your opinion of his opinions, the broadcasting of football has long since moved on from the likes of Lawrenson. Even Hansen packed it in six years ago. And he was good!

This is mad.

In 2018, he was given the all-clear after having a cancerous growth removed from his face.[17] He was made aware of the seriousness of the growth when a concerned viewer contacted the editor of Football Focus.[18] Lawrenson later met the viewer, Dr Alan Brennan, on television.

Yeah, I remember reading up about that.
