This club jumped the shark a long time ago.

Now we're into season 13 and we're introducing these ridiculous and implausible characters whilst our viewership figures tumble and those of us that once enjoyed the shows in the good old days just hope they cancel the whole thing, and we look on in bafflement at the few who still manage to eke any entertainment out of the shambolic husk of a club.

Fucking hell man it'll be Barry from eastenders next:

Right, they are just taking the piss now.

Some American model and Barry Hearn ffs

Doesn’t this all fly in the face of the rumours that this has been going on for months though? It’s probably all just a pile of shite.

Yeah, the interests pre-dates the fight, even Caulkin has said it goes back months.

This is the Mail trying to fill in gaps and being helped by the narcissism of the Hearn’s.

Aye, and I'm sure the Daily Mail have probably said themselves that we've been in talks for months, but don't let that contradiction get in the way of things.

So a totally unknown Kardashian hanger on appears out of no where as a 'fixer' for a country and business she has no interest in?? I call bullshit. Clearly an attention thing...must have a TV show coming out soon

She does have business in Saudi Arabia, and it goes back years.

As it’s been said, if it was mentioned that she is a friend of the Kardashians then people wouldn’t question it, in fact it wouldn’t even be news worthy. She’s just be another business person doing things in the background.

Whether her business is legitimate or not she's clearly just after the attention to make her relevant in some way in this country. She's as relevant to running or buying a football club as Simon Cowell is. To be fair he's probably be able to do actually do it....auditions for places in the first team...and still probably would work better than brucieball

Fuck off man, just link everyone who’s ever been mentioned in the same paragraph as Newcastle. Heard Gazza taking Staveley for a soda water was what really convinced her to go through several failed attempts to buy a business from known cockend Mike Ashley.

Can we not just change the stadium name back to Sports Direct Arena, change the strip colour to blue and red see how many turn up then leave them there to their club, move on fresh and start again

Honestly feel that's all there is left to do and its SDFC totally. The only difference between some of us and those that still go is that those that still go need it spelled out for them and slapped across their face with all the allegory and sub-text left aside and it being too late to stop - to finally get it, and see what is really going on.

The only reason its up for sale, yet so obviously not actually for sale, is to keep some hope. The only investment I've got left is seeing the back of him. If we knew he was going to be still here 12years ago how many would have bothered with any of it.

Could have formed a new club and be challenging SDFC in that time.

We've arrived at the point now where every person and every country that could buy or broker a takeover of NUFC and every newspaper, website or TV network has been used to leak info of it. That there'll be no more reportings of it and no more fakeovers.

This is bang on the money.

Now that Carla Dibello account shows no likes ever. Job done, attention gained so now time to lock it off.

People linked with a takeover liking NUFC fans tweets...where have we seen this before?

I am just ignoring everything. I believe Fat Mike with one thing he said. If it happens, it will be out of the blue. Not all these drama and subplots we have being mentioned. WSJ said their piece and they've kept quiet ever since. They'll be the only I might believe if any news follows.

The talks will be with Kenyon, and it's taking months because he's still scraping his pennies together to buy a 51% holding in Sports Direct FC.

Well Staveley set up the consortium, the Saudi’s and Rueben's are part of it.

Carla will possibly be helping with things like possible commercial deals with US companies. So she’d possibly be asking about shirt manufacturers over there, shirt sponsors, and possible pre-season tours etc. That is alongside just advising the Saudi’s on how sport works in the western world.

As for Hearn, I don’t believe it. The story contradicts everything we know about the bid, and the Hearn’s love PR, and themselves. The Mail are hardly a reputable publication either.
