Yeah that run was superb at the end of the first half, but you just knew he wouldn't get a good hit off at the end of it.

He was superb, especially in that second half

 

He cleared quite a few headers and then he was just wrecking players when he was further up the pitch

 

Since he returned from injury he was rusty in the first couple, then was good against Wolves and then back to his best tonight, long may it continue

Just hope he can recharge ready for the weekend. Him and Almiron put in great shifts as the two first teamers who didn't get a rest.

That was fabulous, but what was even better was to see him back in the left central area controlling the ball under pressure and linking up with Little Joe, Hall, Gordon and Almiron. Almost forgot what a dominant left side looked like.
