Lads..... this is finally happening isn't it. Well, until PIF fail the owners and directors test...

I’d imagine it’s already done and this is the next step. One final push and it’s out.

I'm unsure about that, work isn't going on as normal currently.

I’m inclined to think the hard work is done, and it’s all formalities now. If PL clearance has been done and the buyer have now decided to submit the official deposit before purchase then you’d think a fee is agreed and it’s a case of formalities. All key decisions have been made.

That’s how I look at it anyway.

That's true, but haven't their been sale's agreed and setup previously in the past then fail at this stage, although has anyone ever failed that test.

Lots of RB and pcp all over the documents. Imo they will front the directors test, pass, then pif come on board as an investor.

As for failing, aye, it’s bollocks isn’t it?

This is the part for me that’s got me going...

I wouldn't take any notice of the registration stuff until the one's associated with the club start to change.  These are buying lots of assets at the moment so could be related to them but some of them have changed. :)

Isn't that exactly whats in Dokko's post, something from PCP to St James Holdings? I dunno much about companies house stuff tbf.

Yes, some of the one's associated with the club have changed, although why St James Holdings is lending money is a strange one.

They are ‘lending’ the deposit, well that’s how I read it.

People that went to the school of hard knocks really need to stop trying to decipher legal documents. They're reading standard clauses as if they're already in effect.

Had on, why's SJH lending to Stavely?

Beat me to it....what’s going on here.....any company level specialists fancy commenting on this

Yeah that is strange.

Ashley lending her a few tyres to kick.

Could it be refunding the money/deposit which was paid to look at the book's etc...

Someone on twitter has said it means Ashley takes the club back if they default on the loan? Wouldn't surprise me for him to insert something like that.

Appears there is some degree of seller financing from Ashley/MASH Holdings to the buyer which is a bit of a surprise given the relative wealth involved.

Also Michael Murray is Ashleys son in law not lawyer.

Looks like Staveley/Cantervale are the coordinators and pulling the strings with the money men, giving them undertakings/guarantees along the way which perhaps confirms whats been reported.

That would be correct given my experience IF the loan is defaulted. Or at least it's a possibility.
