There is next to no benefit to him in terms of being weak or missing games, he is going to get nothing from that he is damaging value to himself for any other contract he might get somewhere else. Will remember him fondly as someone there keeping us afloat under the cabbage and then during Eddie’s first couple of seasons but just went injury AWOL in the times we really needed him. Yeah but miss 3 games until he's ready, or play him now and definitely have 3 months out from playing too soon. Either way he needs throwing in the bin now and a new striker to compete with Isak. Everything is exaggerated by how injury prone Callum is too obviously. Really disappointing because he adds a lot to us when he’s fit. Just his body has been brittle for a long time now, and at his age it's not going to improve. His next move will be a semi-retirement basically.
