Bellerin looked best RB in league few seasons ago. Smith-Rowe looks decent, but all there young players that have come in last year quickly go off the boil. Everton used to be the king of them (Tosun, Klaasen, Bolasie, Gylfi, Gbamin, Kean, Iwobi) but their recruitment has been much better this season Iheanacho (25mil) Joelinton (40mil) Haller (45mil) Felipe Anderson (40mil).
