The avoidance of criticising Bruce is definitely there. If he said 'Bruce is bad, there has been no plan or tactics at all, but Ashley is the real problem', it would be more honest and more worthy of respect. He tiptoes around his words regarding Bruce, which says enough if you read between the lines, but he's always made it abundantly clear that he's not happy with what we are, and wants the owner out.
