Not sure he would look that gutted if it only was a dead leg. Hope it is mind.

Hopefully just an anxiety reaction having been injured so much last season.

Yeah his reaction when on the ground talking to the physio and when he walked off said to me that he thought it was serious

We’ve missed him since he went off.

He's quality. The electric pace, mainly over the 1st few yards is something we lack, especially over in the left side.

I think @Kid Icarus was right a wee while ago in that he's a key player in how we play under Howe and linked to our better performances, but it doesn't even look like he believes he can stay fit, and when you crawl into your own head, it's difficult to get out.

Looked like a natural reaction as he was having a class game and was robbed of the opportunity to make more of an impact.

People can carp about his fragility with some justification, but we just look so much better when he's fit and firing. His pace was transformational before the injury. In fact even his injury was caused by him chasing back so rapidly and getting caught on the back of it.

Gutted for him as he'd be a great alternative to Joelinton against bottom half sides.

Howe in his post match interview, says Willock said he had a cramp like feeling and pain in his thigh.

Might turn out to be okay. Was out for a long while, so hopefully just his body still adjusting and not an injury per se.

Was it due to a tackle or just running?

Looked like a knee to his upper thigh just as he planted his leg to turn and it kind of bent in a weird way.
