Ryder thinks he's staying as a coach permanently https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/newcastle-united-graeme-jones-england-20908923 (from June)

Newcastle United coach Graeme Jones could be in for another boost after news emerged that Gareth Southgate could see his contract extended.

The former Luton Town manager was selected by Southgate to work with him and senior coach Steve Holland at the European Championships this summer.

News from the England camp emerged today that Southgate will stay in charge no matter what the result is against Germany at Wembley meaning he and Jones are likely to be in the dugout for the next batch of World Cup qualifiers in early autumn.

... but that might be him jumping the gun assuming the role wasn't a temporary one like planned

The jammy pudding faced cunt. There was one point in the first half where the fans were getting loud and angry towards him. Was brilliant. If only Southampton had scored at that moment we might have seen the cunt completely crumble. Fucking hell, he survives again.

35% possession at home to a team in our league. Should be hung if there was a rope strong enough

Defended like they feared for their lives....and still conceded 2 goals. At home.

Dunno why, but i think this is it for him. Even for Ashley it has to be clear where this will end up.

Here's to hoping for a miracle.

I've no faith there is anymore interest in us from Ashley to make this decision. If he didn't get sacked following Brighton away last season and the pressure that came with that then a 2-2 draw is probably seen as a point gained.

Bigger chance he’ll resign (he won’t)

Everything about the fat mess boils my piss.

Playing a defensive back 5 at home against Southampton

They weren't even a proper defensive back 5. He's shoehorned two wingers into wing back positions, but then he makes them play as defenders which they don't really know how to do. Because they're not defenders. He really has no idea what he's doing, he's just spinning the wheel and seeing if it lands right like Pardew used to.
