So we've effectively spent nothing with wages down, and sell on fees coming.  Yet we've got no money.

 

Don't p*** on me and tell me it's raining...that's what's happened. We make loan payments to mike, yet the loan never seems to go down? Don't the accounts show that we pay this almost every season yet it still seems to be the same amount?

 

In theory we have a good model for not going bust by not paying out any more than we have in the bank, but it simply doesn't work when no-one else does it...kind of like having to buy a Corsa outright, when all the neighbours are borrowing to get BMWs and Mercedes. Yes you have transport, but it looks and handles badly

Dunno how he's got the bare faced cheek to keep lying about Bruce being angry. Yesterday he was tweeting some nonsense that there was a shitstorm brewing, now he's dialled it down to Brucie being frustrated and seeking answers. No one will give the fat pillock any answers other than "don't like it, then feel free to fuck off".

 

He is absolutely disrespected and probably despised by the club hierarchy, but he's cheap and good at licking arse so will be tolerated as long as we can stay out of the relegation zone.

The hierarchy probably doesn't even notice him any more.  Kind of like a beanbag chair that was cool when you got it but is now sloughed off into some corner.

for a fucking billionaire, Ashley doesnt half make some daft decisions with contracts. How is that even in Ashley's interest to set up a rolling contract like that.

it's not as if som club's gonna come along and offer to buy out his contract.

Why would anyone in their right mind offer a rolling compensation package of £4m for that useless sack of shit? It's decisions like this and forcing clubs to accept £40m for an unknown striker in the German league which make no sense whatsoever.

I know he's thick skinned but the amount of stick Bruce will take over the next few months will be a massive issue to his health and he wont go because he wants his payoff (TBF I cant blame him for that)

Ashley probably thought he was doing Bruce a favour and the Saudis would be the ones who had to pay it. Now Ashley's stuck with him and can't afford to sack him. 

It's completely unfair that Ashley has obviously washed his hands with the club and thats what the PL are supposed to protect us from. For us now it's shit or bust if the takeover goes through or not. It's our only hope

He's pretty much unsackable isn't he. Our own Steve Kean. Under Ashley, he's sacked Allardyce, Hughton and McClaren. Allardyce was before it all truly went to shit, it got a bit toxic at times and he wasn't even Ashley's choice. Hughton was for no fucking reason. McClaren was when it was too late, but his last game, at SJP, was rancid in terms of performance and atmosphere. 

 

Would an atmosphere and performance a la McClaren v Bournemouth make them sack this fat fucking fraud? Even then they didn't do it until the following Friday after they knew for certain that Benitez was going to take the job. And it was in March. What a shite club.
