Steve Bruce (now unemployed)

Apparently we were all agreed with Choudary then Bruce flapped his gums about resigning if he didn't get anyone in so ashley called his bluff and cancelled the deal.

Totally made up but that's what I'm going with on this situation ?

Looking at it from his own brand/POV it’s been a blinder of a window. He’s a martyr to his fawning thick mates in the press and he’s more likely than a couple of weeks ago to get a payoff before the end of the season. He’ll be absolutely buzzing.

Why would Bruce feel the need to sign Choudhury and why would Ashley sign it off anyway? In Bruce’s mind Shelvey, Hayden, S.Longstaff, Willock, Almiron & Hendrick are all central-midfielders. We’re so covered that he felt he could send Matty Longstaff out for a year.

So we've effectively spent nothing with wages down, and sell on fees coming.  Yet we've got no money.

Don't p*** on me and tell me it's raining...that's what's happened. We make loan payments to mike, yet the loan never seems to go down? Don't the accounts show that we pay this almost every season yet it still seems to be the same amount?

In theory we have a good model for not going bust by not paying out any more than we have in the bank, but it simply doesn't work when no-one else does it...kind of like having to buy a Corsa outright, when all the neighbours are borrowing to get BMWs and Mercedes. Yes you have transport, but it looks and handles badly

Daily Star think we've had a good window https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league-transfers-best-worst-24883235

9: Newcastle United - A quiet window but that may be a good thing as Steve Bruce looks to build on last season’s 12th-placed finish. Joe Willock’s permanent move and the Santiago Munoz’s loan, straight from Goal , will have fans smiling.

Frustrated and angry and seeking answers according to Puke.

”Who nicked my bacon sarnie?”

Dunno how he's got the bare faced cheek to keep lying about Bruce being angry. Yesterday he was tweeting some nonsense that there was a shitstorm brewing, now he's dialled it down to Brucie being frustrated and seeking answers. No one will give the fat pillock any answers other than "don't like it, then feel free to fuck off".

He is absolutely disrespected and probably despised by the club hierarchy, but he's cheap and good at licking arse so will be tolerated as long as we can stay out of the relegation zone.

So which is it? Massively ignorant of the situation, or full on taking the p***

Surprised they could find someone clever enough to write who is also thick enough to believe that.

What a utter heap of bollocks. Fans smiling ffs. What the very fuck have we got to smile about. And if we finish anywhere near 12th never mind better it I'll be astounded
