Draw was the worst possible result for us tonight and it happened.

So fucking frustrating watching Arsenal tonight, faffing about and passing when they could have had a shot about 100 times during the game. You know if they were playing us (or if we needed the mackems to win tonight for some reason) they'd have got one within ten minutes and strolled to an easy 3-0.

Do you think Man U will try to catch up to Arsenal on Sunday? Think they need to beat Hull 7-0 if Arsenal lose 1-0...

Arsenal have West Brom at home so we can forget about this I reckon.  Purely down to Man Utd not losing

We're done. We don't have a chance against West Ham.

We're relying on Man Utd. The same Man Utd that pipped us to the title, put us in our place by signing our best player. Beat us in our last cup final and have sent us such players like Butt, Smith, Obertan and Simpson to destroy us from within. They're a curse on this football club and I fully expect them to lay down for Hull on Sunday.

6-0

Alright, 6-0. Hope they have their flip-flops and straw hats on.

It really is a miracle how we still have a chance of staying up. Just utterly incredible. The only positive thing is Hull have to give it a go and can't camp like the mackems tonight. Whatever the outcome this has to be the last game we ever have to see that wrinkly faced cunt ever again.

It's so fucking ominous. Looks like it's genuinely written in the stars.

I still think we'll draw 1-1 and Man Utd will beat Hull. Which would be utterly pathetic but enough to stay up.

p(safety) = 1 - p(Hull win)

              = 1 - 0.65

              = 0.35

Possibly a favour for an ex player also.

I don't even think there will be an official announcement.  Will be the usual s**** through Ryder saying 'The club have asked Carver to take pre-season' and come August he'll be in the dugout.

This farcical situation could easily have been avoided if:-

1. We'd bought a player or two in January.

2. Not sold Yanga-Mbiwa and Santon.

3. Appointed a proper manager.

4. Not appointed a bloke who is destined to sell tabs out the back of a van.

5. Mike Ashley emulated Matthew Harding.

Carver's reaction if we do stay up.  :anguish:

Remember when Pardew ran into the crowd at SJP? It'll be infinitely worse than that.

It will be awful. They should all hang their heads in shame even if we do stay up.
