I wouldn't mind someone like Howe though, as a different type of statement. I'd love to see us build a solid and exciting team over the next three or so seasons, build up the training facilities, fill the backroom staff up to acceptable levels, etc, rather than just go out and splash the cash every which way on players/managers.
