It sounds like he has been carrying the club on this back since Amanda left.

Exactly this. He’s already a workaholic on-field without having to deal with the off-field bullshit. Reward the man for the miracles he’s performed. Get a rock solid structure in place to back him. Let Eddie stick a rocket on the arse of the team and he’ll take us to the fucking moon.

4D chess from Eddie

Oh boy, can't wait to read the 100 different interpretations on here of these vague statements that says nothing specific about Isaks behaviour/conduct, and how it means that Isak is a cunt.

I'm not reading too much in to that interview but my interpretation was, praising Son and his attitude and professionalism, possibly a compliment and a slight dig at Isak at the same time.

"There's not a lot of time", Board, sort your stuff out we need bodies ASAP.

From Hope’s latest article:

“Asked if the 25-year-old would train this week, the Newcastle boss told me: ‘You have to earn the right to train with us.

'We are Newcastle United. The player has a responsibility here to be part of a team and part of a squad - you have to act in the right way. So that is also at play here.

'We will make sure that any player does that to earn the right to train with the group. No player can expect to act poorly and train with the group as normal.”

I’m sure @Heron and the Wor Flags guys could select part of that for the Liverpool game…

I think early morning hours of Monday squad lands in England. have the day off, and then back to training Tuesday with Tindall ready to put them through the drills.

Howe already will get involved with the transfer people maybe Yasir too on Monday to hurry things. its one thing to sort out this whole Isak/new strikers problem, there are other holes in the squad too.

Moment of truth on Tuesday for Isak, if he turns up fro training and what happens if he does. surely others is squad will ask him about all this mess he created.

Two more friendlies in the schedule but the Villa game coming up quick too. less than two weeks, we need to get stuff done in that time.

Absolutely spot on and you cannot argue with any of that.

MNo matter what happens with Isak, we are in great hands. Keeping Howe is the most important thing for the club.

PIF are taking him for advantage of him and the job he's done.

Almost sounds like he's giving the players the decision to make about whether he comes back in or not. It's like 'here, Isak's going to want to train with you all, you happy with that or not?'

It'll be interesting

Imagine Joelinton is like "Aye no problem...wink wink" and then smashes him in the first contact session

Leadership group will want him training on his own 100%
